Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data digitalrealitygap.com collects, why, and how it is handled. The site is maintained by PageRadar.

Who we are

This website is operated by PageRadar (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

Information you send us

When you submit the request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, the type of request, and any company name or message. We use these only to respond to your request and to send the materials you asked for.

The form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your message to us by email. We do not sell or share this information, and we keep it only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. Analytics scripts load only after you accept in the cookie banner; if you reject, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected. IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser.

Cookies

We store a single local preference to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set by Google only after you accept. We do not use advertising cookies.

Legal basis

We process form data on the basis of your request (steps to enter into or perform a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding). We process analytics data on the basis of your consent.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for analytics at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of processors to run the site: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google Analytics (analytics, with consent), and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

This policy is a good-faith draft and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch to confirm it matches your final data practices and jurisdiction.
